Olive You Nanny Agency
At Friend of a Mom we love spotlighting mom-owned businesses that are reimagining what support, connection, and balance can look like. Meet Sarah Davis, the founder of Olive You Nanny — a trusted, boutique nanny agency connecting Chicago families with caregivers who truly feel like the right fit.

About Sarah Davis
Sarah is the founder of Olive You Nanny, a boutique nanny agency she launched in 2005 after spending years working as a nanny herself. With firsthand insight into what truly makes a caregiver-family relationship thrive, Sarah set out to build an agency centered on connection, trust, and long-term fit. Nearly twenty years later, Olive You Nanny has placed thousands of nannies across Chicago and continues to be known for its highly personalized, relationship-driven approach.
Sarah created the agency to fill a real need in the childcare world: matching families and nannies not only based on experience, but also on personality and communication style. She takes the time to understand each family’s needs and each nanny’s strengths, bringing them together in a way that feels intentional and supportive. Her process is often compared to matchmaking, and it is at the heart of what makes her agency unique.
As a mom of three, now 19, 17, and 15, Sarah understands how personal and important childcare decisions are. She splits her time between Chicago and Austin, with Chicago always feeling like home. Outside of work, she enjoys training for half marathons, discovering new breweries, and supporting other women in business. She brings an energetic, strategic mindset to everything she does, especially when it comes to helping families feel confident and supported.
